Frithsden Vineyard and Tours

033 copy

Frithsden is home to a boutique English vineyard and winery set in the foothills of the Chilterns, near the beautiful Ashridge Estate, a few miles north of Berkhamsted.

Approximately 6000 vines grow on the site.  These have been  specially developed in Northern Europe to thrive in the UK’s cooler climate.  The wine is grown, pressed and bottled on site and sold in the vineyard shop.

Come for a tour of the vineyard, taste the wines, browse the shop or just relax in the winery café.

Frithsden Vines offer guided and self guided tours and tastings through March to September, as well as Vine to Wine tasting evenings during June, July and August 2017.  Booking is required.

The winery café is open all year round (please check the website for Christmas opening hours).

Opening times – Wednesday to Sunday 11am – 6pm.
