Children at Hatfield Park Farm - May 2015 034

Hatfield Park Farm

Hatfield Park Farm covers around 25 acres on the West side of the House, showing traditional breeds in a natural countryside setting.

Enjoy walking amongst the paddocks to see our donkeys, pigs, sheep, cattle and ponies as well as many types of turkey, ducks and geese. Why not take advantage of the feeding stations and see the animals up close! Children can play in the sand pits, bounce around on the tractor tyres and climb up and over the wooden tractor or take a trek along the goat pass, a play challenge in the heart of the farm.

If your feet get tired there are tractor and trailer rides around the farm daily as well as a miniature train, timetabled for weekends and school holidays.

Next to the Farm is Bloody Hollow, our popular play area with a 2.5m scale model of Hatfield House for children to play in, on and around, as well as a rope bridge, tree house and all of the family favourites.
