North Lodge South - Knebworth House

North Lodge South is a charming character property and former Gate House nestled amongst the woodland at the entrance to Knebworth Park. This unique home offers 3 spacious bedrooms across 3 floors and oversized 4-piece bathroom suite. Ideal for romantic weekend breaks or relaxed family retreats, the property can sleep up to six adults.

Outside there is a large southerly facing garden overlooking the deer park and Adventure Playground, with parking for two cars.

Enter via the back door into the ceramic tiled utility room, cloakroom and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and fridge-freezer. In the evening, cosy up in the lounge/ diner, complete with open log fire. Up the split stairs you’ll find three double bedrooms – the Parrot Room with double bed, the Jousting Room with King size bed and feature fireplace, and at the top of the building our grandest room – Park View Room – overlooking the deer park with a super king-sized bed.

If you want to venture out of the park during your visit, just a 5-minute drive nestled within Old Knebworth village is The Lytton Arms real ale pub. In the other direction is Stevenage Old Town high street which offers a broad selection of restaurants, pubs, and independent retailers.
