It doesn't matter what time of year it is, ask me on any Monday about my weekend and it is sure to have included at least one, if not more, of the following things; running, walking my dog, and enjoying local food and drink.
It's pretty fortunate then that my role at Visit Herts gives me the chance to wax lyrical about all of these things in Hertfordshire, telling others about the best spots to sample local craft beers and seasonal produce, sharing my top spots to take four-legged friends, and my favourite places to stretch the legs and truly soak up Hertfordshire's glorious views and countryside. It's also fortunate that my job surrounds me with so much choice and so many incredible locations to enjoy all of these things I love.
Favourite spot in Hertfordshire: I'll take two - St Albans' many independent restaurants and farmers markets, and the views from Tring Park.
