Hertfordshire Zoo
Let’s go wild this spring at Hertfordshire Zoo! With over 800 exotic wild animals, I’m sure you will find your favourite, alongside some prehistoric ones in the World of Dinosaurs attraction. Make sure to roar at the biggest tiger species and swing in the trees with the monkeys before enjoying some food next to some of the animals’ enclosures!

Animal Crackers in Stevenage
Saturday 19th April 11am - 4pm
Explore your hearing and visual senses this Easter with Wycombe Pastures Petting Zoo, a travelling Natural History Museum. The event will be at Event Island in Stevenage where you will be able to ride donkeys, take a look at the reptiles and birds of prey plus free face painting! Through the day during the intervals your little one will be also be able to meet the Gruffalo.
The event is free to enter with some paid activities.

Take a tour around the Moore family’s home and make sure to take a look at the recreated studios to really give you the feel of how Moore worked.

Just a short train journey from London is Hatfield Park surrounded by 40 acres of beautiful gardens set to bloom this spring. Take a walk around the historical woodlands surrounding the House with two lovely walks that evolve throughout the seasons. Your furry friends are also welcome in the grounds!
Lets take a picnic to the park
Pack yourself a picnic and head out to one of the many parks located in Hertfordshire. Sit down and relax in the fields or adventure around by bike or foot on the many woodland walks that are available. Cycle or walk the Green Loop route which spans 6.5 miles and connects key locations together, or from April head to Cassiobury park where you can splash in the pools, splash pads, water jets and fountains!
